3D Composite Movement, High Efficiency and Flexibility
The machine adopts bridge-type gantry structure, integrating three-dimensional composite movement of moving, lifting and circumrotating.The moving cart is driven by servo motor, realizing fast and accurate switching between brick picking and cubing stations.The whirling device supports 90° left and right rotation of the clamps, which can perform rotating or staggered cubing according to different product requirements, adapting to various stacking patterns.
Intelligent Clamping, Flexible Adaptation
The clamps consist of two sets of main and auxiliary clamping pairs, applying clamping force from four directions, and equipped with a forced synchronous mechanism to ensure accurate and reliable clamping.For special products, the machine is equipped with height-adjustable anti-arch limit plates and rubber spacers, effectively preventing brick deformation or sliding.The cubing height can be freely adjusted within the range of 50–1200 mm, with extremely high flexibility.
