The filler box is driven by twin-cylinders, cooperating with synchronous connecting rod mechanism, ensuring stable movement without impact and less material leakage.Equipped with a fast feeding mechanism driven by hydraulic motor, it enables more uniform distribution of wet concrete in the mould box and quicker filling, laying a solid foundation for high-density products.
Four-Shaft Vertical Vibration, Excellent Compacting Effect
The vibrating system adopts 4-shaft heavy-duty special synchronous vibrator, generating high-frequency vibration in vertical direction. The innovatively designed forced limited supports enable the pallet to hit the limiters when moving down, doubling the vibration force and significantly improving the compactness and strength of products. The amplitude of the vibrating table is controllable, greatly prolonging the service life of the isolation rubber bushes.
