The advanced RT18 is engineered for high-efficiency production of concrete blocks, Zementuen adreiluak, zoladurak, bloke hutsak, bloke solidoak, thermal bricks, and fly ash bricks, meeting the region’s rising demand for quality paving and construction materials.
The RT18 features intelligent automation, servo vibration, stable hydraulic control, and precise material distribution—ensuring consistently high density and strength for every concrete and cement product. Its fast, automated operation minimizes labor requirements and significantly increases output, making it ideal for modern block and brick factories.
Equipped with REIT’s SAP smart automation model, the RT18 enables digital monitoring, production tracking, and predictive maintenance, helping customers optimize performance and reduce downtime. The machine supports multiple mold types, allowing efficient production of paving blocks, thermal bricks, and other customized products.
REIT’s engineering team is currently on-site to complete installation, calibration, and training. Once operational, the RT18 will provide the customer with a highly automated, fidagarria, and energy-efficient solution for large-scale concrete block and brick manufacturing in the UAE.
